Job Summary
Conduct resident care supervision and coordinate referrals for a specific group of residents at Seward Medical Center. Serve as the primary point of contact for elder information and oversee team members including Shahbazim. Deliver nursing services directly accountable to the director of nursing through licensed nurses in the homes. Manage clinical support team coordination and family communication within the long-term care setting. Full-time variable shift schedule with housing and rental car support for temporary assignments.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months of Nursing experience in a health care facility (acute care, long term care, rehabilitation center)
- Supervision/leadership experience
