Job Summary
Conduct resident care for a specific group of residents at Seward Medical Center, including supervision of team members and coordination of referrals to clinical support, families, and physicians. Serve as the point of contact for elder information while delivering nursing services directly accountable to the director of nursing. Maintain Alaska Registered Nurse licensure and BLS certification. Temporary assignment includes free housing and a rental car. Full-time schedule with variable shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months of Nursing experience in a health care facility (acute care, long term care, rehabilitation center)
- Supervision/leadership experience
