Job Summary
Conduct resident care for a specific group of long-term care residents at Seward Medical Center, supervising team members including Shahbazim. Coordinate referrals to clinical support teams, families, and physicians while serving as the primary point of contact for elder information. Ensure nursing services delivered by Shahbazim are supervised and directly accountable to the director of nursing. Work full-time hours (36 weekly) on a variable shift schedule. Requires an Alaska Registered Nurse License, BLS certification, and preferred experience in acute care or long-term care settings with leadership exposure. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Alaska Registered Nurse License
