Job Summary
Supervise resident care for a specific group and direct team members including Shahbazim. Coordinate referrals to clinical support teams, families, and physicians while serving as the primary point of contact for elder information. Manage nursing services delivered by Shahbazim under the supervision of the Director of Nursing. Full-time variable shift schedule with up to $15,000 hiring bonus and relocation assistance for eligible external hires. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Alaska Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months of Nursing experience in a health care facility (acute care, long term care, rehabilitation center)
- Supervision/leadership experience
