Job Summary
Conduct resident care for a specific group of residents at Seward Medical Center, including supervision of team members and coordination of referrals to clinical support, families, and physicians. Serve as the point of contact for elder information while ensuring nursing services delivered by Shahbazim are supervised and directly accountable to the director of nursing. Work full-time hours (36 weekly) across variable shifts with up to $15,000 in hiring bonus and relocation assistance available for eligible external hires.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Alaska Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months of Nursing experience in a health care facility (acute care, long term care, rehabilitation center)
- Supervision/leadership experience
