Job Summary

Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents, managing assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues, providers, families, and residents to coordinate care, conduct assessments, and implement preventative health maintenance and treatment interventions. Serve as charge nurse to delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel while ensuring safe administration of resident care. Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise and adhere to state Nurse Practice Act standards. Work night shifts in a 12-hour rotation at the Lakota, ND facility, with pay ranging from $32.50 to $48.00 per hour and a $30,000 sign-on bonus available.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
  • Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Desired Qualifications

  • Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA)
  • Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
