RN Long Term Care (LTC) (Straight Nights)

Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, and deliver education while managing preventative care, health maintenance, and treatment phases. Collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues, residents, and families to plan and evaluate care plans. Serve as charge nurse as needed, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel within their scope of competence. Maintain competency in age and population-specific standards under the Nurse Practice Act. Full-time 40-hour weekly schedule with 12-hour night shifts, rotating every other weekend and holidays.
