Job Summary

Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation. Coordinate care plans, conduct resident assessments, and deliver education while collaborating with interdisciplinary colleagues and families. Manage preventative care, health maintenance, and treatment phases, and may serve as charge nurse delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel. Maintain competency within the full scope of nursing practice per state standards and the Nurse Practice Act. Full-time, 40-hour weekly schedule with every other weekend/holiday rotation; night shifts. Sign-on bonus available.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
  • Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
  • Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Desired Qualifications

  • Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
  • Bachelor's Degree in nursing
