RN Long Term Care (LTC) - FT Days

Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, coordinate resident assessments, and implement interventions across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care plans. Serve as charge nurse to delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe administration of resident care. Maintain competency within the full scope of nursing expertise and adhere to state practice standards and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. This role supports Good Samaritan's 100-year commitment to quality senior care in a Christian environment. Full-time day shifts include 12-hour rotations at the GSS NE Albion facility in Albion, NE.
