Job Summary
As a per diem Registered Nurse (RN), you will plan and deliver nursing care to residents in compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Responsibilities include guiding and supporting a team of LVN/LPNs and CNAs to ensure high-quality care. Ideal candidates should hold a current RN license and possess an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Knowledge of nursing practices and experience in a Skilled Nursing environment is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Current and unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
Desired Qualifications
- Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
- Experience in Skilled Nursing environment
