Job Summary
The RN provides direct nursing care in a healthcare, long-term care, or assisted living facility, including assessing health status, developing individualized care plans, administering medications and therapies, and collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and high-quality care. Responsibilities include wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, and respiratory treatments; monitoring responses to treatments; documenting care in the EHR; educating patients and families; and participating in care conferences and quality assurance. Requires an active RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program (ASN or BSN); strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted RN license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing)
