Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will plan and deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with current standards to ensure high-quality care and dignity. You will lead a team of LVN/LPNs and CNAs to provide optimal resident care. This role requires a valid RN license and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, with a focus on nursing practices relevant to long-term care.
Required Qualifications
- Current and unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
Desired Qualifications
- Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
- Experience in Skilled Nursing environment
