RN - Liberal - PRN

Registered Nurse (RN) role in Liberal, KS for PRN/part-time shifts providing comprehensive nursing care to residents. Responsible for applying the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) and collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care. Performs care coordination, resident assessment, education, and various nursing interventions; may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel. Adheres to Nurse Practice Act and relevant standards; ensures safe, reliable administration of resident care and resolves care-related concerns. Requires licensure in state of practice and documentation of competencies. Nursing program graduation from an accredited institution is preferred; Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is preferred.
