Job Summary
RN provides nursing care using the nursing process to promote and restore patient health, collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and offers physical and psychological support to patients and families. Responsibilities include educating patients/families, advocating for patients, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to professional standards; L&D-specific scope allows qualified RNs with 2+ years of L&D experience and competency verification to perform qualified medical screenings under EMTALA. Full-time PM shift with a $20,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license to practice in the State of South Carolina
- Minimum Education: ADN, Diploma or Bachelors of Science in Nursing
- New graduate RN’s not meeting LMC minimum qualifications
- Meets or exceeds all LMC requirements for attendance and service expectations
