Job Summary
This RN Level II Pool position focuses on providing compassionate, patient-centered care while performing comprehensive assessments, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care. Responsibilities include collaborating with healthcare teams, advocating for patients, educating families, administering medications and treatments, and ensuring continuity of care. The role requires a BSN (preferred), current Texas RN license, and ongoing certifications in basic life support and advanced specializations.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the State of Texas
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (CPR) continuously maintained
Desired Qualifications
- National Certification in specialty must be attempted within 4 years of hire date for eligible role and continuously maintained thereafter
- Advanced Specialty Courses (ASC) completed within specified timeframes
