Job Summary
RN Lead - OR leads unit-based nursing activities in the Operating Room, supervising and directing nursing and ancillary personnel, ensuring high-quality patient care and safety, developing care plans, coordinating with Nurse Manager/Director and interdisciplinary teams, and driving quality improvements and patient satisfaction. Requires RN licensure in state of practice, BLS certification, Bachelor's Degree in nursing (Master's preferred), and supervisory experience; leadership responsibilities include staffing, performance evaluation, policy implementation, and collaboration with physicians and staff to optimize patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
