Job Summary
Monitor report metrics to manage daily workflow, identify opportunities, and act on interventional results. Collaborate with the department leader on oversight, mentoring, orientation, training, and problem-solving. Address performance and quality concerns, solicit peer feedback, and assist in performance reviews. Support staff planning, attendance management, and on-the-job training to ensure policy compliance. Lead or participate in regular staff and department meetings. Demonstrate professional nursing standards and the ANA Code of Ethics while maintaining constant alertness. Perform other duties as assigned. Evening shift, 40 hours weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing
- Two years' registered nurse experience
- Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association (AHA)
- Registered Professional Nurse (RN) - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
- Registered Professional Nurse (RN) - Missouri Division of Professional Registration
- Registered Nurse (RN) Issued by Compact State
- Registered Nurse (RN) - Oklahoma Board of Nursing (OBN)
- Registered Nurse (RN) - Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services
