RN Lead - OR

RN Lead – OR position providing unit-based leadership in the operating room, supervising nursing and ancillary staff, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality patient care, and driving patient safety and satisfaction. Collaborates with the Nurse Manager/Director, physicians, and health-team members; leads care planning, monitors staff performance, and coordinates interventions across the continuum of care. Fosters patient- and family-centered care, conducts rounds, gathers feedback, and contributes to quality improvement initiatives and policy updates in alignment with Joint Commission standards. Manages staffing needs based on patient acuity, oversees scheduling and personnel actions, and participates in staff development and performance evaluations.
