Job Summary
RN Lead - OR provides unit-based leadership in the surgical/nursing context, supervising and directing nursing and ancillary staff, coordinating patient care and care plans with the Nurse Manager/Director and physicians, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective patient care and safety, and fostering a patient- and family-centered environment. Responsibilities include supervisory duties, rounds, quality and safety initiatives, adherence to Joint Commission and hospital policies, staff scheduling and development, and collaboration with clinical teams to improve patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience
