Job Summary
RN Lead - OR provides unit-based leadership collaborating with the Nurse Manager, Director, physicians, and staff; supervises nursing and ancillary personnel to ensure cost-effective, professional care with high patient safety and satisfaction; develops and revises care plans, conducts conferences, coordinates patient care across the continuum, and leads quality/safety initiatives in alignment with Joint Commission standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Supervisory experience or demonstrated supervisory skills
