Job Summary
RN Lead - OR role overseeing unit-based nursing operations in a hospital setting. Provides leadership in collaboration with the Nurse Manager/Director, supervising nursing and ancillary staff to deliver cost-effective, high-quality patient care with a focus on patient safety and patient experience. Develops and revises care plans, coordinates conferences with health team members and families, ensures compliance with Joint Commission standards, and engages in quality improvement and PI initiatives. Responsible for staffing assessments, scheduling adjustments, performance evaluations, hiring/terminating decisions, staff coaching, and maintaining department operations and equipment in a safe state. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in nursing, RN licensure in California, and BLS certification; supervisory experience is required. Masters preferred.

- Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
- Supervisory experience or demonstrated supervisory skills: Required
