Job Summary
RN Lead overseeing unit-based nursing in the OR, supervising and directing nursing/ancillary staff, coordinating care plans with the nurse manager/director and physicians, ensuring patient safety, quality of care, and patient/family satisfaction, and driving initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and care processes across the unit.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
- Supervisory experience or demonstrated supervisory skills: Required
