RN Lead, Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, Full Time, Nights

Provide unit-based leadership in labor and delivery and postpartum, supervising nursing and ancillary personnel while ensuring cost-effective, high-quality patient care and safety. Initiate and coordinate team conferences to revise care plans, make rounds to assess patient needs, and solicit feedback to improve customer satisfaction. Manage staffing requirements based on patient acuity, assign personnel to patients, and handle schedule adjustments, performance evaluations, and hiring/termination decisions. Ensure compliance with Patient Safety Goals, participate in Performance Improvement Teams, and maintain department equipment and cleanliness within budget.
