Provide compassionate, evidence-based care for mothers and newborns while coordinating unit workflows and mentoring bedside nurses. Perform maternal-fetal assessment, administer medications, support deliveries, manage postpartum recovery, and deliver newborn care. Educate patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in our faith-based environment to promote whole-person care, safety, and quality outcomes while fostering teamwork and professional growth.
