RN Lead - L&D (Full-time, Night Shift)

Lead unit-based leadership in the development and provision of clinical services, supervising and directing nursing and ancillary personnel. Coordinate individual and team conferences to revise care plans, make rounds to assess patient needs, and solicit feedback on quality of nursing services. Manage staffing requirements based on patient acuity, assign personnel to patients and activities, and arrange for staff relief for meals and breaks. Ensure compliance with Patient Safety Goals, participate in Performance Improvement Teams, and recommend policy or procedure changes. Investigate and resolve patient care and operational issues, coach and discipline personnel, and directly involve in hiring and termination decisions. Maintain department equipment and cleanliness while keeping staffing costs within budget.
