RN LDRP

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, collecting data on psychological, physiological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors. Implement care plans with care coordination, education, and discharge planning while documenting all phases in the healthcare consumer's record. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to set measurable goals and revise plans as needed. Requires RN licensure, BLS, and NRP certification; schedule includes Level III NICU and OB ED coverage. Located at CHI Health St. Elizabeth, a Level III high-risk facility specializing in newborn, pediatric, and women's health care.
