Job Summary
RN Laser Associate drives client outcomes as the studio’s laser expert, delivering safe PicoWay laser treatments, educating clients on the removal process, and overseeing laser operations and administrative tasks. The role requires maintaining compliance with Removery safety protocols, records, and licensing credentials, while collaborating with the team to meet performance indicators and foster a positive studio culture. Responsibilities include providing safe treatments, ensuring client information accuracy, delivering outstanding customer service, and participating in ongoing training. Must hold an active RN license, be able to travel for training as needed, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package and is based at the Long Beach, CA studio.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Ability to lift 10 lbs or more
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Out of state travel for training may be required
- Strong communication and client-centric skills
- Ability to operate a laser and computer/office machinery
- Must be able to sit for hour long increments
- Be able to visually assess skin and use visual abilities while operating the laser
