Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient assessments, document medical histories, and administer medications as prescribed. Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the healthcare team immediately. Educate patients and families regarding health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care. Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care plans. Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health record systems while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
