Conduct physical and psych-social support for residents and families while collaborating with providers and the interdisciplinary team. Perform clinical duties per state standards, monitor care conditions, and administer medications to ensure resident safety. Establish care goals, teach self-care skills, and coordinate holistic care plans alongside care associates. Maintain infection prevention practices, document accurately in electronic medical records, and participate in care conferences. Develop relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach focused on their independence. Requires a minimum of six months RN experience, active NJ license, and CPR certification. Full-time evening shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) available at Lantern Hill by Erickson Senior Living in New Providence, NJ.
