Develop relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach, supporting physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs while prioritizing resident independence. Perform all clinical duties per state nurse practice act, including administering medications, maintaining infection prevention practices, and monitoring clinical conditions to ensure safety. Collaborate with care associates and the interdisciplinary team to establish care goals, coordinate holistic plans of care, and participate in care conferences. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic medical records and support resident preferences in their care plans. Requires active RN license in New Jersey, CPR certification, and minimum six months of RN experience. Full-time evening shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) available.
