Job Summary
Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate, serving as the primary coordinator for all disciplines. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, ensuring well-coordinated care throughout the night shift from 19:00 to 7:30. Requires BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications along with AWONN/Fetal Heart Monitoring clearance.

- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
