RN Labor Deliver Part Time $7 night differential

Assess and manage laboring patients, c-sections, and vaginal births, including immediate newborn care and maternal/infant assessments. Provide direct patient care services such as medication administration, hygiene, and education for mothers and families. Collaborate with the health team to formulate nursing diagnoses, care plans, and interdisciplinary plans of care while utilizing SBAR for emergency and bedside hand-off communications. Monitor signs of illness, react to treatment, and initiate emergency procedures or referrals as needed. Document all care activities and adhere to Baby-Friendly model standards and hospital policies. Requires a BSN, one year of L&D experience, and current ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications.
