Job Summary

Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the Labor and Delivery unit, conducting thorough patient assessments, administering medications, and monitoring fetal well-being using electronic fetal monitoring. Assist with epidurals, induce labor, and manage pain relief while evaluating mothers and newborns after delivery. Respond to medical emergencies, participate in life-saving interventions, and interpret fetal heart rate patterns to ensure patient safety. Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans, provide education on pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care, and adhere to infection control protocols. This role requires 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience and state RN licensure. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Required Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting
  • RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure
  • BCLS - Basic Life Support

Desired Qualifications

  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
  • NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation
