Job Summary
RN - Labor and Delivery at Swedish First Hill (Providence). Night shift role focusing on managing patient care around the clock, supervising unit operations, coordinating care with the health care team, and upholding professional standards. Responsibilities include developing and monitoring unit-based quality improvement programs, ensuring compliance with department standards, advocating for patients and families, supporting staff development and retention, and collaborating with clinical specialists and educators to implement service-wide educational programs. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, WA RN license at hire, BLS and NRP certification at hire, and at least 1 year of Labor and Delivery nursing experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatric upon hire
- 1 year - Labor and Delivery Nursing experience
