Job Summary
Assess patients and collect health data involving families and providers. Coordinate patient care plans to ensure interventions are consistent, safe, and timely. Communicate clearly with all stakeholders in person, by phone, and in writing. Individualize patient and family teaching based on thorough assessments. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness. Maintain professional knowledge in current standards, laws, and regulations. This per diem role covers nights (7pm–7:30am) at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, IL. Candidates must hold an Associate's or BSN degree, Illinois licensure, and AHA CPR certification. Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of an Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois
- Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association
