RN - Labor and Delivery - Per Diem I

Assess patients and collect health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers. Coordinate patient plans of care to ensure interventions are consistent, safe, timely, and appropriate. Communicate clearly with all customers in person, on the phone, and in writing. Individualize patient and family teaching based on thorough assessments to meet specific learning needs. Participate in evaluating quality and effectiveness of nursing practice through quality improvement initiatives. Maintain professional knowledge in current nursing practice standards, laws, and regulations. Work per diem shifts from 7pm to 7:30am with a commitment of 32-72 hours per 6-week schedule.
