RN - Labor and Delivery - Per Diem I

Assess patients and collect health data while coordinating care plans to ensure interventions are safe, timely, and appropriate. Individualize patient and family teaching based on thorough assessments and communicate clearly with providers in person, on the phone, and in writing. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness and maintain professional knowledge of current standards, laws, and regulations. Requires an Associate's degree or BSN, Illinois licensure, and current CPR certification. Shifts run 7pm-7:30am with a Level 1 commitment of 32-72 hours per 6-week schedule.
