Job Summary
Assess patients and collect health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers. Coordinate patient plans of care to ensure interventions are consistent, safe, timely, and appropriate. Communicate clearly with all customers in person, on the phone, and in writing. Individualize patient and family teaching based on thorough assessments to meet specific learning needs. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness. Maintain professional knowledge in current nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Work nights from 7pm to 7:30am with a Level 1 commitment of 32-72 hours per 6-week schedule. No travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of an Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois
- Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association
