Job Summary
RN - Labor and Delivery - Nights at Mercy. Night shift RN with eligibility to obtain/maintain an RN license in the hiring state (and/or compact licensure). Education pathway includes an Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN. Certifications commonly required or targeted for the unit include BLS and advanced certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, STABLE, and C-EFM. The role offers incentives including a $10,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance up to $3,000, Stay Premium program up to $8/hour based on Mercy service, education assistance, loan forgiveness up to $20,000 for new grads, tuition reimbursement, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k) matching, and shift differentials. Location: Fort Smith, AR. Experience: 1+ year ER experience preferred. No-call requirement and a mix of full-time and part-time options are noted. Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure
- Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
- 1 Year ER experience preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Certifications as required by unit/department: ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, STABLE, C-EFM or other listed certifications
- Shift differential eligibility
- Tuition reimbursement and loan forgiveness program eligibility
- Relocation assistance up to $3,000 per policy
