RN, Labor and Delivery (Full-Time, Night Shift)

Job Summary
Collect relevant patient data, analyze assessment findings, and develop care plans to promote health and safety in the Labor and Delivery unit. Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to provide coordinated nursing care, while delegating duties and participating in discharge planning for continuity. Deliver care according to established standards, utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment to evaluate progress toward patient outcomes. Requires BSN preference, ACLS/ALS certification, Fetal Heart Monitoring, and NRP/NALS licensure. Night shift rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS
- Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM)
- AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable
- Acknowledgement of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Acute care facility experience
