RN, Labor and Delivery (Full-Time, Night Shift)

Job Summary
Delivers coordinated nursing care for labor and delivery patients according to established standards, supervising assigned nursing staff and coordinating care with other disciplines. Collects and analyzes patient assessment data to develop and implement care plans, while collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare providers in a safe environment. Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care and delegates duties to team members as assigned. Requires BSN, RN licensure, and certifications including ACLS, FHM, and NRP. Full-time night shift position at a 254-bed acute care hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS
- Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM)
- AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable
- Acknowledgement of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Acute care facility experience
