Job Summary
RN in Labor and Delivery, full-time night shift delivering coordinated nursing care per established standards while supervising and directing nursing staff, coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams, and participating in discharge planning. Requires RN licensure in the practicing state and certifications including CPR/BLS, AHA-BLS, and AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS; BSN preferred; acute care experience preferred. Responsibilities include data collection and analysis, developing and implementing care plans, ensuring a safe healing environment, patient and family education, and collaboration with care teams.
Required Qualifications
- RN licensure in the state of practice: Required
- CPR/BLS or HS-BLS or RQIBLS: Required
- AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS: Required
- AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS: Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
- Acute care facility experience: Preferred
