Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle within the framework of organizational policies. Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff to maintain standards of practice and ensure quality care. Provide Level 3 PRN night coverage, requiring a minimum of 9 shifts in a 6-week period. Current Georgia RN licensure and BCLS certification are required; hospital setting experience is preferred. New graduates are eligible for this position.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing
- No experience required New Graduates of a nursing program eligible
- RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
- BCLS - Basic Life Support
Desired Qualifications
- Labor &Delivery experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Nursing Experience in Hospital Setting
- 1 year in a hospital setting for PRN positions
- Advanced certification in field of specialty
