RN - L&D - Part Time - Nights

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care for assigned patients on an 18-bed Labor & Delivery unit covering labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and observation. Maintain professional accountability for care provision and coordinate patient care with other departments while ensuring patient rights and confidentiality. Perform duties consistent with Mercy Service Standards across 8 LDRP rooms, 8 postpartum/operating rooms, and a Level II Special Care Nursery. Support both routine and high-risk maternity cases with cross-training opportunities available. Requires current RN license, BLS certification, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Part-time night shift schedule with up to $10,000 sign-on bonus for experienced nurses.
