RN - L&D - Part Time - Nights

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care for assigned women and newborns on an 18-bed Labor & Delivery unit. Coordinate patient care across labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and observation while evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Maintain professional accountability for patient rights, confidentiality, and adherence to Mercy Service Standards. Manage both routine and high-risk maternity cases supported by a Level II Special Care Nursery and an interdisciplinary team.
