Job Summary
RN L&D Float Pool Night shift position providing direct patient care in Labor & Delivery and Women and Infants units across UCHealth facilities (Aurora Anschutz Pavilion, Highlands Ranch, Longs Peak, UCHealth hospitals). Nights, 72 hours per pay period, onsite with no remote option. Delivers nursing care via the nursing process, supports a multidisciplinary team, and engages in precepting new staff and ongoing professional development. Required certifications include RN licensure, NRP within 6 months, and BLS; prefer prior Women and Infants experience or completion of UCHealth Fellowship; participates in incentive programs and offers comprehensive benefits and tuition support.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- NRP within 6 months of hire
- BLS through AHA or Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer (card in-hand before start date)
- 6 months of Women and Infants nursing (RN) experience or UCHealth Fellowship completion
