Job Summary
RN L&D position providing patient-centered care across obstetrics/Labor and Delivery, postpartum, and nursery services. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive patient assessments, medication administration, assisting physicians during procedures, developing and evaluating individualized care plans, monitoring fetal well-being, managing labor and delivery analgesia, educating patients and families, ensuring infection control, and participating in quality improvement and compliance activities. Requires nursing licensure and BCLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be preferred. Weekend night shift in Fort Wayne, IN.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required
- BCLS - Basic Life Support required
