Job Summary
RN provides patient-centered care across multiple specialty areas using the nursing process, coordinating with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure effective care and outcomes. Responsibilities include conducting thorough patient assessments, administering prescribed medications, documenting care, assisting with procedures, monitoring equipment, responding to emergencies (CPR/code), educating patients and families, and adhering to infection control and safety standards. Roles span Critical Care, Emergency Services, OR, Cardiac, Endoscopy, Obstetrics/Labor and Delivery/Post Partum/Nursery, Oncology, Orthopedics, PACU, NICU, Telemetry, Dialysis, and Cath Lab nursing. Requires 0-2 years of relevant clinical experience and active RN licensure; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be preferred. Night shift, full-time position in Powell, TN.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required
- BCLS - Basic Life Support required
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation preferred
