Job Summary
Administer IV vitamin therapy and injection treatments while building meaningful relationships with patients focused on proactive wellness. Lead and support the Wellness Coordinator team during each shift to deliver an exceptional patient experience that naturally drives gratuities. Help shape the culture, workflow, and patient experience of this brand-new Southlake clinic as one of the first RNs on the opening team. This per-diem role offers base pay of $45/hour with guaranteed earnings up to $55/hour for the first six months. Candidates must hold a current BLS certification, BSN or diploma, and a valid RN license with two years of related experience preferred. The clinic is scheduled to open on September 9, 2026, offering opportunities to grow into Clinic Lead or District leadership roles.
Required Qualifications
- Current BLS certification
- BSN or diploma in nursing
- Valid RN License with no sanctions, past or present
- Two years of related experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of IV Clinic procedures
- Proficient in-patient charting systems, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software
- Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of great customer service, general sales, and patient care
- Dual California and Texas RN licenses preferred
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to traverse the entire facility
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Available to attend in-person interviews during the timeframe of August 21–22
