Job Summary
Administer IV drip therapy, IM injections, and mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy according to established protocols while monitoring clients for adverse reactions. Educate clients on wellness services including IV nutrients, NAD+, and GLP-1 programs, then support membership, rebooking, and sales goals through direct client interaction and recommendations. Accurately document visits in the EMR, maintain clean and stocked medical areas, and ensure full medical compliance. This part-time role requires 2–3 days per week with weekend availability and is ideal for an RN with strong IV skills who enjoys a fast-paced retail wellness environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted California RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Strong IV insertion and venipuncture skills
- Available 2–3 days per week with weekend availability
- Weekend availability required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Committed to medical compliance, safety, ethics, and integrity
Desired Qualifications
- Acute-care experience (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar)
- Injection experience
- Comfortable with client education, recommendations, sales goals, and KPIs
